职位描述 【 Responsibilities 】
? Can lead 2 function teams to support internal and external customers
? Assist to manager set up department strategy, KPI. Manage the team to implement of the strategy & meet required KPI.
? Coordinate with cross departments, quality, purchasing, supply chain, operation, finance to solve customer enquiries.
? Audit price; product specification; documents, make sure documents are correct.
? Frequently communicate with account executive on regular basis in terms of customers served in the region
? Understand customer needs, maintain and develop business relationship with customers. Effectively communicate with customers in mail and phone when situation is complex.
? Willing to share knowledge and experience, able to guide, coach and evaluate team members in terms of system, product, process and how to communicate with customers properly, and grow the team members.
? Strong support to ICS team, including ICS regular orders system key in, and new customers' product development and other coordination assigned.
? Able to view the current system problems and can drive for improvement in terms of system or process.
? Join customer meeting to discuss issues related to service or new products, travel to various fairs to meet customers.

? Bachelor degree or above. Major in business management or English is preferred.
? > 5 years working experience in export customer service or related area. Experience in FMCG business or a manufacturing industry in a plus.
? At least 2- years working experience in management level. Able to solve team members issues and allocate the workload.
? Very good English communication is a must, both in writing and speaking.
? Good team work spirit. Ready to take challenge.
? Willing to learn new thing and ready to take challenge.
