工作职责：
1. Lead, coach, and develop engineering staff to achieve company goals
2. Lead new product evaluation and launch
3. Develop new process and new method
4. Apply automation techniques to maximize productivity
5. Trouble shooting and root cause analysis
6. Work for continual improvement on cost, efficiency and quality
7. Look for technical opportunities and new equipments for excellent production
8. Work with production team for better efficiency, quality and OTD
9. Other tasks assign by Supervisor

任职要求：
1. BS degree in mechanical, mechatronic, material science, IE or other related technical disciplines
2. Minimum of 6 years manufacturing engineering experience. Experience on plastic machining, thermoforming, process development, tooling design and automation device will be preferred, including at least 2 years management experience.
3. Strong concept in lean&6 sigma.
4. Strong interpersonal and cross function communication skills are required.
5. Demonstrated problem solving skills.
6. Good English oral and written communication skills.
