? Develops new product solutions to support strategic initiatives of Berry Global in Asia. Focus on product designs and manufacturing processes to meet specific applications and customer needs.
? Manages overall product development projects and provides a high overview to leader team on a weekly basis. Provides new product solutions within committed timeline and ensures customer qualification completion on time. ? Routine technical communications with internal/external customers to address technical questions and understand application needs.
? Product promotion and technical presentations in public depending on business needs.
? Approaches projects in a systematic and scientific manner. Assesses performance capabilities of process and products compared to competition.
