1. 负责结构件产品前期开发工作,包括产品技术方案的确定
2. 负责新项目开发的计划、推行,组织、协调
3. 负责三维图,CAD图纸制作、管理
4. 产品试制过程工艺以及质量监控,确保设计产品能顺利量产
5. 与国内/外客户直接沟通技术细节
6. 产品成本控制
任职要求:
1、 机械设计与制造大专及以上
2、 能熟练操作Soliworks, pro/E,UG等三维制图软件(至少会一种软件)
3、 熟悉Simulation, Ansys ,可独立完成FEA分析(静态/动态)
4、 良好的团队合作精神以及事业前瞻性,勇于挑战、精准的项目进度把控经验
5、 45岁以下
6、 8年以上类似机械结构件工作经验,有轮椅设计经验更佳
7、 2年以上R&D经理职位经验有限考虑
Responsibility:
1. Preliminary product development including to establish the design scheme.
2. Developing the new project timeline, such as Planning, implement, organizing staff, coordinating other dept.
3. DCC management, creating 3D drawing, CAD drawing, drawing storage.
4. Processing technology and quality monitoring in prototype, pilot stage, to ensure it can go into mass production smoothly.
5. Communicate technical details with domestic/oversea customers directly.
6. Experience good control product cost to enhance the competitive on market
Job requirement:
1. College degree or above, Major in machinery design and manufacture
2. Skill in SolidWorks, Pro/E, UG, at least one of them
3. Know well Simulation or ANSYS and can use it to analysis pre-designed structure, done FEA report independently (Static and Dynamic conditions)
4. Good teamwork spirit, positive and forward-looking career, dare to challenge, accurate project schedule control experience.
5. Be within 45 years old
6. At least 8 years R&D experience of mechanism structure design, preferred on wheel chair and bumper beam.
7. At least 2 years in job title of R&D manager.
