岗位描述：
1.参与新项目开发，组织并实施新产品项目的APQP,PPAP，负责各阶段的过程控制计划的编制、评审和更新等，提交客户有关的质量文件，参与样件的控制。
Participate in the new project development, organization and implementation of the APQP, PPAP of new product projects, responsible for all stages of the process control plan preparation, review and update. Submitte quality documents about the customers, and involve in the control of the sample.
2.参与质量风险评估，理解并转化项目过程中客户的质量要求。
Participate in the quality of risk assessment, understanding and transforming the customer's quality requirements in the course of the project.
3.策划并组织项目的检具，量具，并进行验收，组织并进行测量系统分析。
Planning and organization of project inspection, measuring, and acceptance, organization and measure Systems Analysis.
4.定期回报项目质量状态并及时预警。
Periodic return on the project quality status and timely warning.
5.参与新设备和工装的验收工作，根据需要协助解决客户有关的质量投诉，支持售后进行产品缺陷分析。
Participate in the new equipment and toolings acceptance work. Support after sales to analyse product defect according to quality compliants from customers.
6.突发质量问题和重大质量问题的应急处理、分析、整改和上报，完成上级交代的特殊任务。
To deal with,analyze, rectify and report sudden or serious quality issues. Complete the special tasks assigned by line manager.

人员要求：
1.工科类本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above in engineering related major.
2.2年以上汽车行业质量控制或工程类工作经验，熟练掌握各种质量工具；熟悉TS16949/VDA6.1；中级工程师任职资格优先。
At least 2 years working experiences in automotive quality area or engineering area, familiar with application of quality tools, familiar with TS16949/VDA6.1; certification in engineering is perferred.
3.良好的组织协调、沟通能力和分析解决问题能力。

4.具有良好的团队合作精神；具有良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力。
Strong team spirit; good english skills in both of spoken and written.
