职责描述：
1.负责动物模型如PK，PD模型的设计，实施和结果分析；
2.能够独立或在指导下通过FACS, Western Blot, ELISA, IHC等方法对候选药物的作用机制进行分析；
3.负责跨部门项目沟通协作，共同执行项目开发等工作，并负责协调相关外包实验的进行；
4.按照法规指导原则，设计和参与实验，收集并分析数据，撰写开发报告。
Responsibilities
1.Design and conduct animal experiment for the PK and PD analysis of antibodies.
2.Analyze mode of action of drugs through FACS, Western blot, ELISA, IHC, etc.
3.Cooperate with other departments to promote project developmen, responsible for the care, handling, storage, and maintenance of related instruments, coordinate and track the outsourcing animal experiments.
4.Design and perform experiment, collect and document data/results according to applicable compliances, such as GLP and GMP.

任职要求：
1.生物学，免疫学，基础医学，细胞生物学，动物学或相关专业背景，有动物实验设计及动物实验操作经验者优先；
2.能够深入理解药物作用机理，具有独立设计合理动物实验的能力；
3.熟练掌握细胞生物学和免疫学技术，有肿瘤细胞培养、Western Blot、流式细胞术、ELISA、IHC等相关实验经验者优先；
4.具有流利的英文读写和交流能力，团队合作精神和责任心；具有独立分析和解决问题的能力。
Qualification Required
1.M.S. or Ph.D. in biology, immunology, basic medicine, cell biology, zoology or related; experience in design and conduct animal experiment is a plus.
2.Ability to understand the mode of action of drugs and to design rational animal experiments independently.
3.Knowledge and experience in cell biology and immunology related technology, experience in tumor cell culture, western blot, flow cytometry, ELISA and IHC is a plus.
4.Good reading, writing and speaking skills in English, strong team work and communication skill, have ability to work independently，with minimal supervision.
