·Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced solution and result driven focused project manager who is committed and passionate about creating addedvalue to our clients,operations and organization. The successful candidate will join our Global Process Delivery (GPD) Team at State StreetGlobal Delivery and will work directly with GPD and multiple global stakeholders.
What you will be responsible for
Project&Program Management (Internal/External)
Apply project management methodology as Project Manager to various projects involved & led.
·Responsiveness and appropriate updates and communication with all stakeholders
·Act as Project Manager,documenting and overseeing the development and execution of the Project Plan,including supporting artefacts (i.e.dashboards,test plans etc. ) for each initiative.
·Ensure Project Plans identify and address all known risk items.
·Ensure appropriate & timely escalation of critical issues to key stakeholders.
·Manage the project governance,including reporting to key stakeholders such as Steering Committees, Joint Steering Committees,and subWorking Groups.
·Focus on best practice"Change Management" techniques
·Business, Product and Operational Solution and Consulting [40%]
Define,review,recommend and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives,operating model designs,new products and services and any other client initiated projects.
·Understanding business needs/strategies and deliver innovative solutions
·Collect,review and analyze information to make sound recommendations in meeting client needs
·Consulting with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions
·Identify and analyze opportunities to improve processes/and or reduce risk areas in order to assist in meeting client needs
·Building trusting relationships with internal providers and clients
·Consider broader organizational product offering,leverage of existing products and ensure cost effective and optimal solutions balancingtactical vs.strategic in responding to client issues

Education&Preferred Qualifications
·Strong business level communication skills both written and verbal,including report writing skills
·Strong project management skills and experience
·Proven track record for delivering results as part of a dynamic team structure
·Ability to work well under pressure
·Accuracy and attention to detail
·A demonstrated ability to perform project analysis to ensure an accurate & thorough understanding of the project's requirements,timeframes,risks and alternatives
·Excellent communicate skills and confidence with dealing with all levels of the organization,both internal and external
·Presentation skills;being able to present ideas effectively to an audience (internal &/or external)
·An ability to identify,resolve and escalate critical project issues
·Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
·Results Orientated
·Good MS Power Point, Word, Excel skills
·Knowledge of MS Project and Visio
·Desirable
·Strong understanding of State Street's products,services,technology/system and operational environment
·Deep understanding of financial products and funds management industry
