Responsibilities 岗位职责:
- Software requirement and specification analysis 软件需求及实证检验分析
- Provide support, with expertise on 2-stroke automation and control, at both Licensees (engine maker) and shipyards sites.

- Provide support during prototype testing campaign.
为原型机测试提供支持
- Analyse and report defects, provide initial system analysis

- Validating engine control software (ECS) and subsystems – e.g. for exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) or for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) – based on system requirements. Performing functional and performance tests.
根据系统涉及要求验证发动机控制软件（ECS)及其子系统（如：废气再循环系统EGR，选择性催化还原系统SCR），实施相关功能和性能测试。
- Test software using MiL (Model-in-the-Loop), SiL (Software-in-the-Loop), HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) approach. Record test results, and write test reports
采用MiL，SiL，HiL在环测试，记录测试结果，撰写测试报告
- Collaborate closely with Automation & Control department at head office.
与瑞士总部的自动化控制系统团队紧密合作
- Good communicator on detailed technical level but also to present overall results to high management
在技术细节层面无障碍沟通，但同时能向管理层提供总体报告
- Open and cooperative, in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment, located in different time zones.

Requirements 岗位要求:
- MSc (Engineering) or equivalent
理学硕士（工程）或相当学历
- Experience in automation & controls, and embedded software engineering, especially valuable when acquired with internal combustion engines
有自动化控制系统相关及嵌入式软件工程相关经验，与内燃机相关更佳
- Experience in testing embedded applications, in distributed architecture, on test bench.
有嵌入式软件测试相关经验
- Experience of software design and implementation using MATLAB/Simulink, Simulink Test
有软件设计及采用MATLAB/Simulink, Simulink Test仿真测试的经验
- Work experience with Linux OS
有使用Linux系统的工作经验
- Use of Git, Atlassian Jira/Confluence environment is an advantage
如能使用Git, Atlassian Jira/Confluence enviroment更佳
- Being very fluent in English is a key selection criteria
