Duties of Position:
1. To manage facility setup, maintenance, improvement and department performance.
2. To set department working objectives and prepare department working reports.
3. To establish and update department management procedures.
4. To make sure facility maintenance done as defined by department procedures.
5. To establish and maintain facility spare parts inventory.
6. To manage and dispose department assets.
7. To propose new and/or improvement project for purpose of cost saving, safety, quality and etc.
8. To manage project by controlling cost, quality, progress, documentation and safety
9. To carry out project with compliance to local government and applicable international codes and regulations.
10. To analyze and control department expenditures.
11. To develop training plan for department employees.
12. To review department employee performance.
13. To manage department employment issues.
14. To provide service and support to the other departments when needed.
15. To communicate with correlative department, suppliers, local government authorities and so on.
16. To coordinate internal and external quality and safety audit.
17. Responsible for setting up quality goals and training, responsible for quality target monitoring and improvement.
18. To implement corrective and preventive measures when appropriate.
Qualifications Required:
1. Over 8 years of facility maintenance experience plus 2 years of managerial experience
2. Above college diploma with major in engineering
3. Expert knowledge and skill of HVAC, Mechanical and electrical engineering
4. Skills: (PC Skills and Others): MS Office and AutoCAD
5. Good in English
