Facilitate Growth in Semi new equipment Business

• Work closely with account management to create Edwards Value Selling Programmers (EVSPs) for key customer
• Work with regional product managers and account team as appropriate to develop product value propositions, including cost of ownership modelling for individual products
• Prepare and deliver high quality, persuasive customer, and internal communications in a clear, concise, and structured manner
• Deliver training programs to Edwards and customer personnel
• Collaborate with internal partners and colleagues to support cross-functional activities

Develop Semi Application Engineer Skill Base

• Mentor and oversee the technical and professional development of Applications team members
• Enable Semi AE capability about clearly communicate locally derived and validated knowledge and learning collaboratively with Division and global applications team through internal presentations / meetings and Applications Information Bulletins (AIBs), providing feedback for TDR, developing best known methods (BKMs)
• Develop AE skill to lead Continual improvement programs (CIPs) and customer corrective action requests (CARs): Investigate and implement solutions
• Training AE and let them able to Participate in equipment failure investigations to identify root cause and drive improvements, using methodical analysis techniques (e.g. FMEA, 8D) and applications knowledge
• To plan and implement career development for Semi Application engineer personnel and support these programmers. To participate in the PPDR process and advise on rewards.
• To prepare the strategy of recruitment requirement, specify roles and support recruitment (eg interviewing).

What we expect of you? 

• Master Degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline.
• At least 5 years¡¯ experience in semiconductor process/field service/mechanical design roles;

• Ideally with a Technical support roll at SEMI OEM.

• 3 years¡¯ experience in a supervisory / management skilled personnel.
• Vacuum pump and process gas abatement knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English - written and verbal).
